Our Sheriff’s office used the Team-builder Leadership Institute for its command staff to learn new techniques and strive toward their leadership certification. I found this certification course easy to use and full of concepts and ideas stemming from the business world, which can be applied to law enforcement. I would recommend The Team-builder Leadership Institute to companies with first line supervisors, middle managers and CEOs as a way of building their team. This training allowed me to look within myself and decipher leadership principle, I can use to better serve my team and the public.
