We believe training should be affordable. We also believe effective training adds value and therefore has value.

 

Online Courses:

Our online training courses are price modestly allowing companies and individuals to readily afford to participate and experience growth. Each course information and description page provide pricing for that individual online course.

 

Onsite Courses:

Pricing for onsite courses is determined by the requested training. TLI can provide a subject matter expert and professional training provider to teach a pre-developed course on a professional development topic, such as leadership, with the following standard fees:

 

 

• $1500 instructor, materials (up to 20 participants), per day of training
• Costs of travel and lodging
• Cost for additional training materials for over 20 participants ($25.00 per person)

 

Onsite Situation Specific Tailored Training:

Many organizations prefer and it is our recommendation and belief that each group and organization have challenges specific to its environment, staff, and industry, therefore training tailored to that specific group dynamic and organization is most effective, providing the greatest return on investment.

In these cases, an onsite needs assessment may be advisable. The needs assessment is performed by subject matter expert consultant and involves a variety of investigative activities including proprietary tools and resources. Additional costs involved in this analysis and design process may include any or all of the following:

Onsite workplace data gathering and analysis – $1500 daily

Design and development of course materials based on analysis – $500 per course

 

Half of each session fee is due when the training dates are booked. The balance of each session fee is due 30 days before session date. Travel and lodging expenses are also due thirty days in advance to ensure acquisition of the necessary flights, lodging, and rental car. Travel may be booked by the hiring organization or paid to consultant with session initial payment. Consultant books mid-sized car or smaller and a 3 or 4-star lodging.

Half of the total program fee is due when program is finalized, booked, and scheduled to cover material development and production and is non-refundable. The balance of each session is due 30 days prior to each session date.
