This process is to open and maintain positive communication between the supervisor and employee. It ensures the employee fully understands all applicable workplace expectations and together with the supervisor has devised a path to success for each expectation. It creates and maintains a positive relationship between the employee and supervisors and provides the conduit for their organizational success. 1.Conduct monthly performance reviews

2.Discuss and agree on what success looks like

3.Convey appreciation for success and commitment on performance opportunities

4.Base all performance adjustments on codified organizational task performance standards

5.Follow up on agreed upon performance adjustments consistently
