This process provides guidance and support to employees ensuring tasks are effective completed and employee skills continuously develop and improve. It allows the supervisor to know exactly the capabilities and strengths of each employee. Consequently supervisors are able to accurately and easily guide and provide training as they develop team members. Following this process will create positive change. Steps:

1.Periodically, unobtrusively, and daily observe team members during task performance.

2.Provide on the spot feedback and suggestions

3.Remind of agreed upon performance adjustments

4.Guide, do not accuse or berate
