Welcome to TLI's Mid-Level Managers Specialized Skills training. This course provides mid-level managers with the unique skills required in the role of a middle manager. Middle managers must be able to build positive focused cohesive teams, understand and use the most effective processes and methods to produce efficient and exact results within budget. This course provides those tools and the interpersonal skills to create committed, loyal and high performing work teams and environments. It consists of three parts: GSC leadership, CSP Communication and HPPM workplace efficiency skills. Each has interactive activities and knowledge acquisition assessments.
