Supervisor’s Behavioral Counseling Guide

At times a behavioral adjustment is required for the benefit of the team and the organization. This process is not focused on blame or pointing out unsatisfactory behaviors. The process is focused on workplace harmony, organizational standards, and necessary mission results. To that end the focus of the conversation is on what actions and behaviors will generate the desired and required workplace harmony and results. Following this process will create positive change. More in-depth specifics is available in TLI’s Workplace Performance Success System.
